The new foundation
Since 2006, the Democrat Party has been the majority in the House and Senate, and holds a majority in state governments. The Obama regime has ruled for 18 months. They are re-shaping the nation into something decidedly un-American:
The modern Democrat Party is now noted to be bereft of classical democratic principles; The party as it appears today is representative of a major faction founded by a racist (Andrew Jackson) and a man whose primary language was Dutch (Martin Van Buren), in opposition to the Republican Party and its anti-slavery movement.
Since prior to the Civil War, the Democrat Party was hostile toward slave rights and benefited from arousing white resentment and consequent hostility to the Republican Party's abolitionist fervor. Its power base was enhanced by a focus in the South and until the mid-1960s, the Democrat Party fought against Civil Rights legislation -- at every level of government. Yet what we find today is that the Democrat Party's role in the Civil Rights movement has been exaggerated and propagandized, and its crimes against minorities covered up, redirected, or expunged.
Transformation
All those governors, legislators, mayors, and sheriffs who abused Dr. King and his courageous, determined colleagues and who fought in the streets, statehouses, and in Congress to deny them equal human rights were Democrats. This historical reality is contextually important. It simply defies logic when balanced against the fact that today's Democrat Party enjoys"The entire campaign was awash in money, pre-planned, tightly scripted, and brilliantly packaged and propagandized to guarantee the election of an unvetted fraud." a huge percentage of America's black vote. There is no better example of just how successful the party has been in completely re-shaping its image, obliterating its past, and recasting blame.
It was not merely by coincidence that in 2008, America and the world witnessed the seemingly irresistible ascension of Obama from an unknown street activist with a clouded past to Messianic savior, driven by a frenzied level of energy, focus, and worship never before experienced except in totalitarian regimes -- and certainly never in American politics.
Once Obama received the blessing and unwavering protection of the Fourth Estate, but more importantly the approval of and access to the vast, worldwide finances of his handlers in the ruling class, the question became not whether he would win, but by what margin. The entire campaign was awash in money, pre-planned, tightly scripted, and brilliantly propagandized to guarantee the election of an unvetted fraud.
Which brings us to the present and the regime's obsession with using race and class as tools to divide and subjugate. Perhaps it is their political history and consummate ability to obscure it that impels Democrat leaders to so cavalierly slander any who oppose the regime with false charges of racism or greed. They know from experience that such horrid lies resonate, especially if incessantly parroted by willing media accomplices.
Foundational schism
The modern Democrat Party's ability to maintain its big-money financiers, manipulate political debate, and control how it is publicly perceived is nothing short of amazing. The party oversees a committed and widespread power base; It is supported by those who are ignorant of American history and the Constitution (thanks to decades of community activism, a sympathetic media, and agenda-driven, government-controlled schools), special-interest groups that garner power and payola by association, or those either alien to or scornful of America's cultural traditions.
Just a few weeks ago, the Obama regime emailed its progressive supporters after signing the abominable, 2,300-page Dodd-Frank Financial Regulatory Reform into law: "You and I did not build"The traditional foundation of the United States is under attack and has been so for decades." this movement to win one election. We did not come together to pass one single piece of legislation. We are fighting for nothing less than a new foundation for our country -- and that work is not complete." What new foundation, and why?
The traditional foundation of the United States is under attack and has been so for decades. Thanks to campaign rhetoric liberally sprinkled with outright lies, a statist ruling class is now in complete control and the American foundation is more vulnerable than at any time in the nation's history. Obama has publicly stated he believes the Constitution to be fundamentally flawed, the Bill of Rights to be negative against government, and the Founders be dismissed as nothing more than privileged white men of property and wealth. He means every word.
The fact that many of the Founders lost all they owned, lost wives and children, and in some cases their own lives in their eight-year struggle for American liberty is of little relevance to the heavy-handed rule of statism. However, the fact that our intrepid Founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to overthrow an authoritative regime remarkably similar to the one ruling America today is very much relevant, which is why the regime fears the Founding Principles, forged with the blood of true patriots.
The brink
We are witnessing nothing less than the transformation of America based upon the new foundation as envisioned by the Obama regime, its handlers, and its enablers in the Democrat Congress. They spearhead a movement that believes America to be inherently racist, imperialistic, exploitive, and destructive. They perceive themselves to be intellectually superior and enlightened rulers, perfectly suited to literally control the American people -- who obviously don't know any better -- from birth to death.
As Obama arrogantly proclaimed, "We are the ones we've been waiting for."
In the perverse reasoning of the Obama regime and its acolytes, America's Founding Fathers and their remarkable vision for America are to be despised and reviled. To acknowledge"It is happening now; your right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness is being erased. Once gone, it will be near impossible to regain." the Founders' extraordinary recognition of a spiritually-derived right to essential freedoms, personal liberty to succeed, and right of self-determination -- all at the expense of limited earthly government -- would mean that their statist beliefs and thus their lives are fraudulent. Constitutional freedom and statism cannot co-exist.
Contrast the Founders' wisdom with ruling class disdain for religion, ethics, morals, and individual rights. The statist mentality demands group identification, authoritarian government rule, and redistribution of all wealth and property. They demand that liberty and the opportunity for individual achievement be abolished and replaced with cradle-to-grave equality. Unlike equality, the concept of liberty is a totality -- there is no graduated scale -- it either exists or it does not. Liberty and total equality cannot co-exist.
What you just read may strike you as a reverberation of why you have been so upset these past eighteen months. You perceive something is wrong -- feel it, sense it, know it -- and are filled with unease. It is happening now; your right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness is under attack and being erased. Once gone, it will be near impossible to regain.
The Obama regime is conducting a relentless, take-no-prisoners war to redefine America along lines in keeping with its sociofascist ideology. It is diametrically opposed to the cherished principles evoked by the country's Founders and holds the tenets of the Constitution in contempt. It's weapons are envy, hate, and carefully-managed crises.
We are on the brink of losing the traditions, culture, and cohesive essence which guided the creation of the greatest nation for good in the history of civilization.
Time to push back.
