Screening TSA Training

by BD Pisani ♦ 09 jun 2010

A regime commissariat is currently ruling the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with an iron brain. What are they thinking? As noted by others -- reinforced by recent real-life horrors -- political correctness is the handmaiden of terrorism.

Recently, an official, non-secure email from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) found its was into the wretched, ink-stained clutches of the B2J. It is addressed to all TSA employees and emanates from the agency's Office of Special Counsel and the Office of Human Capital (Human Capital, for crying in the sink).

The lengthy missive contains a series of conference training opportunities in which proper, up-and-coming TSA-ers may participate. Sounds right and reasonable, no? Er ... No, because some of the conference events these United States government employees are being encouraged to attend are, to put it mildly, troubling.

Before continuing, it is important to note that despite it being currently fashionable (and sometimes justifiable) to bash TSA operations and personnel, the agency is populated with a goodly number of responsible, patriotic Americans who approach the performance of their mission seriously and professionally. Many are military veterans who served their nation with courage and honor.

End disclaimer, on to madness.

Diversity über alles

However, like any other unwieldy government agency hamstrung by a bureaucratic morass of disjointed central planning, over-regulation, and long-distance dicta, TSA is riddled with its share of mindless procedures, underachievers, seat-warmers, and dead wood -- particularly the perfumed ruminants who graze in the Obama regime's upper-echelon pastures of D.C.

Since the TSA is charged with preventing another 9-11 mass murder or worse, we Americans by and large tolerate it. After all, alleged lives saved are supposed to make it a worthwhile endeavor.

But the TSA was created because essentially, a particular group of people were and still are making a habit of using airplanes for butchery. Despite this fact, the TSA brain surgeons in charge -- ever mindful of heavy criticism over "profiling" and "selective screening," -- have decided to ignore reality and train their employees to function in a fantasy world of cultural diversity.

And also, apparently, train them to support race-based quotas and in the case of a few other sponsors -- ADC, La Raza, and LULAC -- anti-Semitism, sedition, and race hatred.

Our tax dollars pay for this

Here is an excerpted copy of the TSA email:

The Office of the Special Counselor and the Office of Human Capital are announcing several upcoming training conferences available to the TSA workforce. These conferences qualify as training and provide skills training and career development workshops over a wide range of topics. All of the conferences require the employee to fill out a Standard Form 182 (available at http://www.opm.gov/forms/html/sf.asp) and have their requests approved by immediate supervisor and second-line supervisor. Any employee interested in attending these training opportunities should coordinate with their supervisory chain, as participation is funded through individual program offices.

So much for a united people and unified America.

Hypocrisy or worse

The ADC's Web site is filled with anti-Israeli propaganda and like-minded official policy statements. La Raza and LULAC headline boycotting a sovereign state, racial superiority, and taking back land from the United States of America that was "stolen" from them. They are all allegedly nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations that receive federal funding.

And it is hard to believe that many of the rank-and-file, patriotic TSA employees are not outraged by this.

Yet there appears to be a course of action being taken by the TSA to increase the "sensitivity" levels of its employees by their interaction with radical anti-American groups -- all while augmenting its race-based hiring practices. Apparently the TSA perfumed princes and princesses did not receive the memo that proclaimed Obama to be post-racial, post-divisive, and post-partisan.

And in the midst of this brainwashing training and diversity hiring kerfuffle -- madness. One cannot help but wonder how many old men, grandmothers, and children have been forced to submit to a full body scan, wanding, or interrogation. Why? We all know who is perpetrating these terrorist attacks.

It's called profiling. Do it.

Hype and Chains for 145 more days.
